Communities can submit in any of 10 categories. There is no fee to enter and no limit on the number of categories in which a community can compete.
All entries must be submitted by midnight (Eastern) on January 15
Finalists are announced in March.
At the annual awards event, two awards are given in each category. Winners are chosen for smaller communities (fewer than 400 units) and larger communities.
The event itself, which includes educational sessions, lunch, and a catered reception, is free for board members, managers, and residents.
